What a turnover includes

Bedrooms

• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens (host-supplied)
• Dust surfaces and wipe nightstands
• Vacuum floors and area rugs
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Check for left-behind guest items

Bathrooms

• Scrub toilet, sink, and shower or tub
• Replace toiletries (host-supplied)
• Wipe mirrors and countertops
• Restock towels (host-supplied)
• Sweep and mop floor

Kitchen

• Wipe counters, stovetop, and appliance exteriors
• Check dishwasher and run or empty
• Wipe inside microwave
• Empty trash and replace liner
• Restock supplies (host-supplied)

Common areas

• Dust surfaces and wipe high-touch areas
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Straighten furnishings
• Remove any trash or recycling

Exact scope is confirmed at booking. Linen, towel, and supply restocking requires host-supplied inventory on site.

Turnover timing and coordination

We work within your check-out and check-in window. If your booking calendar changes, reach out as early as possible so we can adjust. We do not guarantee same-day availability for unscheduled turnovers, but we do our best to accommodate regular hosts.
