My name is Robby Alonzo, and along with my wife Trizzia Alonzo, we are the family behind Luxe Property Solutions.
Before starting Luxe, I spent several years leading sales and operations teams, where I learned how important communication, consistency, and customer experience are to building a business people can trust. When we started Luxe Property Solutions, we wanted to bring those same values into a company of our own.
For us, Luxe is about more than cleaning homes. We know how personal it is to invite someone into your home, and we want every client to feel comfortable knowing their home is being treated with care and respect.
We built Luxe around the things we would expect from a company coming into our own home: clear communication, dependable service, attention to detail, and people who genuinely care about doing a great job.
We wanted to build a family business that we could be proud of and that our clients could genuinely rely on.
Our goal is simple: take care of every home as if it were our own and make the entire experience easy from beginning to end. That means showing up when we say we will, communicating clearly, being upfront about pricing and expectations, and making sure the work is done right.
